The 4th day is dedicated to experiencing the true essence of the Sahara Desert. We’ll start the day by visiting the Tisserdmin oasis, a tranquil spot surrounded by lush vegetation. From there, we’ll explore fossil quarries and the historic Mifiss eyeliner mines, gaining insights into the region’s geology and history. We’ll have the unique opportunity to visit a nomad family, learning about their traditional way of life and enjoying their warm hospitality.
Next, we’ll head to Khamlia village, where we’ll experience the vibrant Gnaoua music and visit the famous Gnaoua house. For lunch, we’ll savor Berber pizza, a delicious local specialty that perfectly complements our desert adventure.
In the late afternoon, we’ll embark on a camel trek across the stunning Erg Chebbi dunes, marveling at the endless expanse of golden sand and witnessing a breathtaking sunset. Our journey leads us to a luxury desert camp, where we’ll be welcomed with traditional Berber hospitality. Enjoy a delicious dinner of local specialties under the starlit sky, followed by an evening of entertainment featuring traditional Berber music and dancing.
