**Day 1: Fes guided tour**

After breakfast, you will meet our local guide, who will lead you on an unforgettable tour of the magical city of Fez. Your visit starts with a walk inside the old Medina alleys, then you can marvel at the exquisite architecture of the Royal Palace of Fez and delve into the intriguing history of the mosque of Karaouyine, considered the world’s oldest university. Your journey continues as you explore the Maderssa of Bounania, Tanneries, and Artisan Quarters before immersing yourselves in the aromatic atmosphere of the spice markets of Fes. As the day draws to a close, you will return to your riad in Fez for a sumptuous dinner and a peaceful night’s rest.

**Day 2: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou Cedar forest – Merzouga Desert**

The 2nd day of the Fes desert tour will begin with a drive from Fes towards the Middle Atlas mountains. As you head towards the charming city of Ifrane, often referred to as “The Switzerland of Morocco,” you’ll enjoy the stunning surroundings. Next, you’ll continue to the Cedar Forest of Azrou, where you can observe the fascinating Barbarian Apes. After that, you’ll proceed to the city of Midelt, known as “The Apple Capital of Morocco,” as we venture southeast to explore more of this beautiful region. Following a scenic drive, we will make a stop at the magnificent Ziz Palm Grove, a valley filled with thousands of impressive Palm and Olive trees. Upon reaching Merzouga Desert, we’ll check in at our traditional Moroccan hotel that offers a view of the dunes. Dinner and overnight stay will follow.

**Day 3: Merzouga Desert Excursion (Explore the area, Camel trekking and night in a luxury camp)**

Once you have breakfast, you’ll embark on a private 4×4 excursion in the Merzouga desert with our driver. The adventure kicks off with a drive along the majestic dunes of Merzouga, showcasing some of Morocco’s tallest dunes, reaching up to 250 meters in height. Next, you’ll venture off-road on the famous ‘Rally Dakar’ route to Tissardmin Oasis, home to ancient fossil quarries.
Your exploration will continue as you visit a nomadic family, providing a unique opportunity to witness their way of life and capture unforgettable photos with them. After that, you’ll head to the village of Khamlia, known for its rich Gnawa music culture. You’ll get to enjoy some soulful tunes, sip on refreshing mint tea, and even participate in a dance with the performers dressed in traditional white attire.
After lunch at a Khamlia restaurant, your driver will take you back to your accommodation in the Merzouga desert, preparing you for an exciting camel trekking adventure. You’ll meet our camel guide, who will lead you to the top of the dunes to experience a breathtaking sunset. After soaking in the stunning views, you’ll continue your camel journey to your luxury desert camp nestled in the heart of the dunes. Since you are in the heart of the dunes, you might want to wake up earlier in the morning to catch an amazing sunrise before breakfast in the camp restaurant. After breakfast, your private tour driver will make sure everyone is ready for the 4th day of the adventure trip.
The journey will start with a drive from the desert of Merzouga back to Fes, passing by the Valley of Ziz with a short stop to take some panoramic photos of the Valley.
